Sweet Baby Mac

A friend of our family through the ward I grew up in had a very tragic loss this past week. She lost her baby at 40 weeks. She was due the 28th of June and lost the baby in the womb on the 26th. This sweet tribute touched me and reminded me just how precious families are! You are in our thoughts, Cali and Josh!

Fish Lake via Belle

At a recent trip to Fish Lake, Belle took up a new favorite pastime... Photography! It was fun to see her interpretation of our little trip. It may be a little boring for most, but us mothers understand the joys of creativity!! Although there is little representation of any 'fish' or a 'lake', I think she has an eye for color... wink, wink! Enjoy...

Belle loves animals and anyone who knows her, knows this. She would prefer a national geographic to Dr. Seuss any day. And out of all of the animals... tigers are definitely preferred! So when we found out about the Brighton High School Bengal Paw Preschool (whew, that was a mouthful) she just had to be part of it!!! Actually, truth be told, it was all me... it was economical, structured and oodles of fun! My little graduate moved from preschooler to kindergartner in a blink of an eye. Isabelle, you are so full of beauty, innocence and pure vivaciousness and you're all mine! I am a lucky mom...
